Working remotely

My office has been closed for neary 6 weeks due to corona,
so we've been working very diligently remotely.
It's interesting what you start to notice...
how the rain pitter patters in swamps,
how the ocean crashes the shore angrily one day and sweeps in majestically the next,
how the oases tremble in the wind amongst the sand dunes,
how the wind blows fireworks on kettle ponds,
how water bugs create mysterious ripples,
how herring swim upstream from the bay to spawn inland,
how the sea laps the sand crenulated patterns,
how the waves battle each other at estuary inlets,
how it takes a minute and fourteen seconds for the sun to disappear beyond the horizon.
